Diversity And Inclusion

Companies with ethnically or gender-diverse leadership teams are more likely to outperform others — by 25% and 36% respectively. And companies with a 50:50 gender split across all employees consistently produce a better quality of work than organisations with fewer women.

Research has shown that companies with diverse leadership teams are more likely to outperform those without — by as much as 25% for ethnic diversity and 36% for gender diversity*.

Additionally, organisations with a 50:50 gender split across all employees tend to produce better quality work. This is because diverse teams are more in tune with the demographics of the people they serve, and can therefore better understand their customers' needs and deliver more effective customer service.

Furthermore, having people from different backgrounds and experiences can bring fresh perspectives and ideas to your business, leading to greater innovation.

Despite this, many employees feel that their employers are not doing enough to promote diversity, which is no longer acceptable given the current social justice movements happening worldwide.

Despite this, less than 50% of employeesfeel that their employer is doing enough to promote diversity — which, against a backdrop of social justice movements across the world, is simply no longer acceptable.
