This exciting new role will give you the opportunity to grow and expand with this company as they develop their current security offering. As an embedded software engineer on this team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-security technical applications that are being used by some of the UK's biggest companies to protect and secure their sites. You will be working very closely with other senior members of the team to ensure that the work you and the team are producing is of the highest standard, with accurate technical documentation to match. You will have the chance to work directly with the end clients in identifying their security needs, as well as reporting back to the stakeholders on key development stages as the projects evolve.

For this Embedded software engineer role, you will need:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience using C++ for embedded applications.

• Knowledge of Python and Java.

• Experience with Yocto in multi-threaded environments.

• Knowledge of HD camera technologies and their processor interfaces.

• Experience using Linux development to build operating systems from scratch.
