As Technical Support Manager, you will oversee the whole technical support department, who are responsible for the management of all the companies current and future services. You will be managing the current team of support engineers, and ensuring that all incidents and service requests are handled efficiently and in a timely manor, making sure that the downtime of any part of the platform is kept to an absolute minimum. You will be liaising with key stake holders and reporting on issues that arise and your plan to rectify these. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting face paced environment as they embark on their next leg of their growth journey.
For this Technical Support Manager role, you will need:
·Minimum 3-5 years experience
·Extensive experience Using Jenkins
·Experience using Ansible
·Experience using GIT
It would be extra awesome if you have experience in betting, trading or any other multi-transaction systems/industry exposure where many transactions are being processed concurrently; daily.
