As a Senior business change lead this new role will give you opportunity to explore multiple projects across the UK, being the direct liaison with your clients on site approximately 2 times per week. You will be responsible for delivering multiple complex projects across many of the business’s services and implementations. This role would suit someone who is very forward thinking and able to work off their own initiative. You will build rapport and nurture your clients into long standing relationships, and support them in their growth plans as well as being an integral partnership for growth of this client too. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a real hands-on involvement in the delivery of these projects.

For this Senior Business Change Lead role you will need :

• Experience leading complex project from start to finish.

• Proven record driving business change and transformations.

• Able to show strong leadership skills.

• Experience presenting complex information to stakeholders.
