The day to day:

Your role as Product Manager will involve translating high-level roadmaps into actionable plans for the Design and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth management of new features from concept to delivery. Collaborating closely with the end delivery team, you'll transform customer and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user UX/UI designs. 

This collaborative effort will involve conducting discovery workshops, user research, and testing to gather and validate ideas and potential solutions.

You'll articulate requirements effectively through user stories, facilitating clear communication with Engineering and QA teams.

Working hand-in-hand with these teams, you'll ensure thorough understanding of requirements and readiness for product/feature launches, including organising planning sessions and retrospectives for new features.

Crafting a release-to-market strategy, you'll monitor customer feedback and seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience continually.

Your role also involves handling tasks such as documenting specifications, product testing, and ensuring alignment with the team's objectives, actively contributing to their success. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels will be key, as well as close collaboration with the Growth team to ensure accurate representation of product features in marketing collateral and campaigns.

The ideal Product Owner has:

• Experience as a Product Manager in a Financial Services/Payment solutions environment.
• Proven experience prioritising and managing multiple initiatives.
• Strong commercial awareness
• Experience dealing with stakeholders at a strategic level but not afraid to get hands on when needed.
• Experience and confidence of Agile methodologies, UX, user-based testing, IA, and product management and development principles.
• Knowledge in technical areas such as software development, API’s and architecture.
