Are you a Senior DevOps Engineer with at least 4 years of experience? Do you want to work for a pioneering company that is developing cutting-edge solutions for high-volume data processing and integration?

 

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a new Java team within the Interaction Messaging & Mobile department, specifically the Receiving & Communicating (O&M) division. This team, part of the Agile Release Train Sigma, is tasked with creating a Query environment system for the Multi Channel Receive (MKO) and Multi Channel Message (MKM2) systems. The role requires collaboration in the office in Apeldoorn, Netherlands for at least 2-3 days a week.

 

This position offers you the opportunity to grow and enhance your DevOps skills while working on both front-end and back-end services. You will be responsible for:

• Implementing newly developed applications and integrating solutions.
• Engaging in devops work related to interfaces using JIRA and user stories in sprints.
• Designing solutions, participating in project teams for new functionality development, and monitoring current functionalities, processes, and methods.
• Maintaining and applying your knowledge of DevOps techniques.

The ideal Senior DevOps Engineer has:

• An MBO4/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in (technical) computer science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of demonstrable and relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Experience with Microservices, container hosting, mainframe, and DB2.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of DevOps.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM projects (2 years).
• Knowledge of container platforms.
• A collaborative mindset and enjoys sharing and expanding knowledge with colleagues.
